The host, Nikolay, was really friendly and helpful. The double bedroom, in good condition, appeared very clean and tastefully furnished. The bedroom doors opened onto a comfortable little balcony with a table and a couple of chairs to sit on. It is possible to rent the room with breakfast, which I did not do. Location-wise, this B&B met my needs, as it wasn't that far from Vatican City. Other places of interest may be a little too far to reach on foot, but there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Public transport is also within walking distance.
